Caresfield, a U.S.-based manufacturer and distributor of healthcare labels, ID wristbands and specimen collection products announces today a fun, free contest to celebrate lab workers leading up to Medical Laboratory Professionals Week.
Hosted and officiated by Caresfield’s adorable spokespenguin CP, Lab Week Bracket Battle 2022 pits eight commonly used lab products against each other in a single-elimination tournament. We invite anyone who works in a lab to guess the winners. If you predict all seven games correctly, you’ll win the grand prize!
“I anticipate a number of close, gritty matchups,” CP the Penguin said. “We have eight hard-working products taking the court. You can always count on Caresfield products to deliver clutch performances, getting the job done right the first time.”

First, consider the opening round matchups:
- The Versaquet™ versus single-use cohesive bandages.
- Nitrile exam gloves versus healthcare printers.
- Cryogenic labels versus bariatric tourniquets.
- Pediatric tourniquets versus Xylene-resistant labels.
Next, submit your picks. You can even opt to have us fill out your bracket for you!
Fabulous Prizes
Caresfield will choose each game’s winners randomly. Everyone has an equal chance of winning! In addition, everyone who participates earns a donation to their lab. The payouts are:
- $5 if you fail to guess the first round correctly
- $25 if you predict all four first-round matchups
- $250 if you guess the entire bracket correctly
Please invite everyone in your lab to join the fun. The more players participating from your facility, the bigger the donation you will earn!
Rules
This contest is open to employees of health care providers in the United States. You must use an employee email address for each entry, limit one entry per address. No purchase or payment of any kind is needed to participate and purchasing Caresfield products will not increase your odds of winning.
